May’s Builder Grill-Out brought together builders, homeowners, customers, vendor partners, and many others connected to the Northern Michigan building community at our Boyne City location.
The afternoon was an opportunity to reconnect ahead of another busy building season and celebrate the relationships that continue to strengthen the communities we serve. It was also great to welcome people into the updated showroom and share the continued investments being made in Boyne City.

Traverse City expansion update
|

We're excited to share that we have officially moved into our new 30,000-square-foot warehouse at our Traverse City location!
Over the past several weeks, our team has been busy relocating inventory into the new facility and transitioning order-building operations into the expanded warehouse space. The additional capacity allows us to ensure products are handled and stored properly, improve organization, increase efficiency, and position ourselves for continued growth to serve our customers.
While we're now fully utilizing the warehouse for inventory storage and order fulfillment, work is still underway on the finishing touches for the attached dispatch office. We're also continuing to optimize the layout of our existing warehouse buildings to create the best possible experience for both our customers and team members.
Most importantly, this investment creates opportunities to expand our local inventory and improve product availability in the Traverse City market. We're excited about what this means for our customers and look forward to bringing more products into stock to better support your projects and business.

making Returns Easier—and Faster
Project needs change, quantities get adjusted, and sometimes material remains after a job is complete. Our jobsite pickup program is designed to make returning eligible materials simple and efficient.
Before scheduling a pickup, send a few photos to your salesperson. We'll review the material, answer any questions, and prepare the return order before our driver arrives.
Once the return is approved, we'll coordinate pickup, inspect the material, and process credits for qualifying products. The result is a more predictable returns process and less time spent managing leftover material.

As America approaches its 250th birthday, we’re reminded that strong communities are built one generation at a time—by those willing to work hard, serve others, and invest in the future.
Just a reminder that all PF locations will be closed Friday, July 3rd in observation of Independence Day. Our team will be helping with celebrations in our communities, including the Boyne City Rotary chicken dinners and a food table in Downtown Petoskey.
