Our hardware installation and post-install walkthrough program is a strategic service to help our customers ensure their jobs are done on-time and on-budget.

Once you have submitted the service request, a Preston Feather Service Tech will contact you to review it.

Note: Marvin and Andersen warranties do not cover labor charges for repair of any product over 2 years old. Service labor charges are $125 for the first hour of service (minimum 1 hour of billing and includes mileage) and $75 for each hour after. Additional charges for repair parts may be applicable.
